Bedding is supplied and all rates include final cleaning and utilities costs, such as water, electricity and gas.

All rates include final cleaning and utilities costs, linen, towel. Use of the kitchen imply an additional charge of 8 euros daily.

Any enquiries regarding availability do not put you under any obligation to book an apartment. Please also note that there is a minimum stay of 3 days. Furthermore, for stays during Easter, Christmas and the New Year period, there is a 25% increase in the rates.

A booking will become valid only after a 35% deposit of the cost of the total booking has been received, which can be sent either by bank or postal transfer.

If You will pay the full amount from three to six months before the stay, You will receive a discount of 20% over the retail price. In case of cancellation, the full amount will not be refunded.

Check in from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm, for a later check in there is additional fee of 30,00 €.

Check out until 10:00 am.

If you decide to cancel your reservation, you'll authorize the owner to enforce the following cancellation charges:
up to 3 days before arrival - 30% of the total amount is due;
less than 3 days before arrival - 100% of the total amount is due.
